This device is ingeniously installed inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. Through the fluidization plate, the gas and the pulverized coal in the bed undergo thorough mixing and integration, forming a fluidized solid-gas inclusion. This design greatly facilitates the long-distance transportation of pulverized coal.
The fluidization plate is based on technology and is refined from high-performance stainless steel sintered wire mesh. It has extraordinary characteristics: it can withstand high temperatures, resist corrosion, has high mechanical strength and a long service life. Its pores are fine, the airflow is distributed evenly and smoothly through them, and the resistance loss is minimal. This design not only enhances the fluidization effect but also lays a solid foundation for the stability of the equipment, and has become a key device in dense-phase conveying.
The design concept of this device lies not only in fluidization but also in energy saving and consumption reduction. It can easily adjust the material conveying volume, making full use of every bit of conveying gas, thus saving a large amount of costs for enterprises. Moreover, the fluidization plate comes in various forms, which can be either fixed-welded or movable (fastened by bolts), and its flexibility meets the needs of different occasions.
In addition, the new type of fluidization plate is made of special 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate. Cross-shaped long slits are distributed on its circular surface, and these slits are perpendicular to the central cross line, providing an effective channel for the concentration of compressed air. The slit gap is precisely controlled at 0.5mm, the slit length is approximately 20mm, and the spacing is 10mm. What is more worth mentioning is the 1×45° chamfer design at the lower edge of the slits, which makes the compressed air more concentrated in the center of the fluidization injection device. This greatly enhances the suspension and fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle, makes the injection of pulverized coal more stable, and greatly improves the working efficiency of the fluidization injection device.
It is worth mentioning that this fluidization plate is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, and is carefully manufactured through processes such as special laminated design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. It not only retains the simple pore structure characteristics of metal woven wire mesh, but also overcomes its problems such as low strength and poor integrity. At the same time, its pore size, permeability and mechanical strength can be reasonably matched and designed according to needs, making it unique among many fluidization plates and showing excellent comprehensive characteristics.
In short, this device is like a fine literary work, which is not only suitable for new injection systems, but also can optimize and transform existing injection systems, allowing the powder injection conveying system to operate perfectly.
